Lowest inventory currently in Atlanta. I am already seeing people queuing up for new home construction lots in cumming.  Atlanta houses are not cheap anymore, in fact it’s catching up with Dallas in prices. Good community in a good school district with a 3200+ sqft homes starts from 800k+ and that too there is a waiting line. Builders started to sense this demand and slowly taking away the incentives now.

Ivi chaala dooram bro. Nenu velli chusa. Too far anipinchindi. Ee community daggara toll brothers vaadidi holbrooke reserve ani untundi..recent ga frnd closed for 800k. Chala mandi frnds otherside of cumming lo teesukonnaru like buford/canton lo.  Now they are regretting due to commute.

G pagile prices unnai eeh community lo. Mostly 1 M deggare anni....
