Good question bro, It shows 27min currently just to hit Exit 13 highway 400 from that house you sent. Reality check is it will take atleast 1 hour during office hours because most of these internal roads are single lane with stop signs. Imagine you need to commute Atlanta downtown  from exit 13 now which is another 1.5 hrs on average. Total comes to 2.5 hr journey one way. Again this home comes under North Forsyth high school which is not great school district and also this home is South facing which is why it’s still available in the market.

South facing antha bad ? so order of priority East > North > West > South is it with desi or other races too..

During the good golden bidding days like 6 months back, highest bid for lot premium was 490k just for the lot. For them the house costed 1.85M with basement.

even now toll is selling the lots like hot cakes with 1.325 price range. They sold 10 lots last month and paused new sales as they cannot scale or construct beyond this limit

Also builders offers rate lock for 5%. So they should be good on interest rates. Also it takes 18 months for these homes to be completed once you sign. So folks are buying with assumption that rates will get better in the next 18 months.

all you do is pay the earnest money and wait for 18 months

@Malayali_Manohar @neneno1 Ashton woods , Duluth lo new single family community coming up. Lots release start aindi. 250-300 single family homes anta... Much better commute wise eeh community, Cumming tho compare cheste.....

Asalu Duluth lo chudoccha, nearby schools ki elementary - 7/10, middle school -8/10 unnai ratings ?. They don't seem to be too bad but surrounding areas lo min 9/10 or 8/10 unnai schools ki (Johns Creek and others parts of Duluth lo )
