no issues as long as the it doesnt reflect as your primary job, frequent winnings etc its same as we go to any casino correct just you will get 1099 on your winings ?

Bovada is illegal. It's an offshore. 

 

Fanduel, Draftkings, etc --> check if it's legal in your state. For example, Ohio lo recent ga Jan 1st nundi they made it legal. 

 

You can play and pay taxes and also claim losses. Just like regular casino ...as long as it's a legal casino in the US and if it's legal to gamble online in your state of residence.
