I asked one guy who does installation of 240 volt in the garages , he figured out it was for Tesla and asked me 1200 with material 

I spoke to another local electrician in near by village , he got everything done in 30 minutes charged me 280 gave him another 70 dollars as tip , vadu full happy and did some checking on outlets in the house for free
