No bro it’s true.. I am closely watching market since beginning of this year. When interest rates gone down from 7 to lower 6.. applications spiked up and now back down to lowest levels again. 
 

Cheppa ga bro.. only mana desi tejale kontundi.. average Americans are totally priced out of this market and can’t afford at all. Manavallu ante 2 or more jobs kabatti dunnestunnaru. he was telling me that  even whites are now not preferring  south facing homes  because of cultural people (like us) not wanting it.. they are also thinking about resale issues with south facing homes now.
