But what these fools instead do is they wanna make quick 100-200% their money in 3-4 years..... They buy $2M worth land by putting just 400K cash..... Like last 3 years since pandemic boom ......$2M land next 3 years lo $3M ayyithe 2 times your money (initial downpayment) vastadi kada ane greed lo untaru...... they invest 20% downpayment and get 80% loan on lands....... 20% value decrease ayyithe......... their downpayment is gone.....they need to put collateral or they have to sell and liquidate.

biggest myth of all time...say if you buy a land with 1C and after 15 years its 2C, nuvvu obviousga nastapothunav endukante say ade amount fixed cheste around 6% around return vastadi which will double your money in 12 years, by 15 years it will be 2.5Cr.....so its 50L bokka
