meritage has bad reputation for some reason. check with others.

It's closer to apex and holly which is full of desis .. Garner is all horse ..

Last 2 months lo na friends 4 ppl sign chesaaru.. they think the interest rates won’t go down and the home rates will go up in summer 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

per month mortgage 5-6K avtondi incl property taxes.. 🙁
