Adani Stock Rout: LIC staring at loss in Rs 30,000-crore bet

NEW DELHI: The Life Insurance Corporation of India or LIC, which had invested Rs 30,127 crore in 7 out of 10 Adani Group stocks, is now teetering on the brink of loss.

December quarter shareholding pattern shows that LIC had investments in 7 Adani stocks — ACC, Adani Enterprises, Adani Green Energy, Adani Ports, Adani Total Gas, Adani Transmission and Ambuja Cements.

LIC's total assets under management were over Rs 41.66 lakh crore as on September 30, 2022.
Considering that, LIC had said that its exposure in the Adani group was less than 1% of of its total AUM at book value.

Please stop talking non-sense. Adani is India , India is Adani. We need to standup against west propaganda which is not able to digest the rise of an "indian". They can go to any extent to bring India down.
