Bhayya, Adani has got his ports, aiports through auctions which he has quoted more than next party, if there was anything wrong by now congress or our telugu media would have said that rules not followed and challenged in Supreme Court no, remember that 2g and coal scams went to courts and then they were struck down, not because somebody shouted scam scam?

Why simply crying over allegations especially ones that are not proved?

AAI didn’t allow GMR to participate since they got 2 airports already while auctioned in congress regime, how come Adani won all 6 airports without any experience. They back doored and blackmailed GVK for Mumbai airport who won the contract, he was cornered in some sillly case

This is half info bhayya, GMR itself was given airports changing rules under UPA which initially had that prior experience is needed to run Airports and no private operator had ever operated airport untill then and this would have disqualified all private guys in India. (i personally prefer a few tweaks for indian operators as somebody has to start somewhere).

Coming to Mumbai airport, Anil Ambani had gone to court against GVK alleging that rules favored him in 2006. The live mint and aviation pros talk about govt plans in 2013 about privatizing airports, the live mint actually talks about GVK being in AAI crosshairs regarding not incresing prices.

To me it looks like GVK expanded rapidly and then had to pare down debt, something Adani might face if he also takes too much debt. Here is another article of GMR selling his Chattisgarh power to Adani to pare down debt.

The case is already in Supreme court with the govt asking for panel to check allegations into the whole affair. the supreme court refused sealed cover of govt and want all communications out in open. In a month or two they will form the panel i would guess.

We need to wait and see what the panel formed finds and by then it will be 6 months or so and if its against Adani then you can expect the news media to make a lot of noise and if there is nothing against him they will keep it quiet like how they did for pegasus issue.
