H1B transfered coming back to old employer ?

Bhayya.. joined new employer while on notice and I dint like new environment. I already got 1 month pay with new employer still working for old employer on notice. 

i wanted to continue with old employer. What are my options. Old employer says feel free to continue if you would like. 
 

makli h1b transfer pettala? Inka old h1b revoke cheyaledhu.

It should be ok I guess no need of new transfer (don't think there will be issue for one month of parallel work just br prepared emina future lo adigithe edo story chepali like laid off but malli rehired etc etc

When you joined with new employer, did you do i9 verification ? 

If yes , then might be problem, if not then less of a problem.

It validates your employment , meaning you are tied to the new document that you shared and previous ones invalidates.

 

Talk to attorney or use avvo.

I9 will not invalidate the old doc bro , I know friends who went and came back after 6 months when therr was validity on h1 here only tricky is he had parallel employment for a just a month that is not an issue

How can someone have 2 active h1s ? 

Atleast he must withdraw the new application.

There is nothing like active bro if employer doesn't withdraw you can still can go back to work issue might come during extension why w2 is low etc

Mi friend 6 months tarvatha return vachadu ante,  atleast payroll run avaledhu aa 6 months..

yes he resigned but h1 was not withdrawn but in ur case you had paralell but one month
