How do you instructors deal with rampant Plagiarism at school ?

Instances of Plagiarism with Indian students is at all time high. We all know that the regulations are poor when it comes to punishing Plagiarism in Indian schools. 

For that fact students hardly submit any working document of lab work in Indian schools, that was inherently prepared  by them.
