Just base which should match base plus stocks plus bonus in any another faang companies. google/fb: refreshers totally depend on level. Anywhere from 50k(for l3/e3) to 500-600k for (l7/e7) amazon: they wont give u refreshers or very less refreshers if stock price is going up. All they care total compensation. If ur tc is good because of previous years refreshers and stock proce going up, they wont give refreshers or very less. Its a messy system. Our legend @mettastarcan confirm Quote
