Market lo everyone is saying W2 nowadays. Not many are willing for C2C. 
Why are mid-vendors preferring W2? Valaki emi farak whether person working at client is on W2 or C2C?

I would say cut BS from the resume that is the new trend developed scripts code evsbbj theseyi just technology and what you did in the project 9 years ki 2 pages kantay ekuva undakundaaa chusko …to pick resume they will have code which searches for key words … client interview lo pothay I don’t know

Ya desi vendors kuda ekuva W2 meda ne vasthava ani asking. Don’t know what changed. C2C barely 20-30 posts chusthunanu daily.

applying for full time too, python programming vala poyayi.

gattiga preparing too Linux, Ansible, docker, kubernetes now AWS and terraform learning anni line ga. Side lo python kuda practicing.. daily one hour..  it’s so tough to understand I am not from programming background. Ela nerchukovali python for absolute beginners? Any references?

Yeah market baga ledu , very less open positions and rates are very low.

Compromise on rate bro, you will get more opportunities.
