Not sure on exact crore maa team and org lo 4 guys moved from principal to staff software engineer around 65 to 70ish total comp tho move ayaru this trend is increasing , okalu jump kida kotadu after one year easy ga 20% hike vachi untadu ani guess, chal chala mandhi who made good investments are leaving voluntarily to Bangalore and hyderbad
