After analyzing with friends and db pulse anna its not like bay area where people are interested on old homes in Dallas, Austin, north Carolina,  Atlanta or recent states where real estate is flourishing 

It might be because ca lo chala mandi Indians already unaru and getting a home it self is difficult,  people are ok to move to area

 

But the above mentioned areas lo there is huge difference between old homes (especially 10 year old homes) vs new homes people don't even care 15 year old homes where as ikada 20 year old home easy ga lepestaru

Dallas lo  Desi's prefer mostly brand new homes . Some prefer 1-5 year old homes, very few go for old homes provided they are in good school district.

This is a interesting home , it’s not in great location and no desi or Asian will live there . It’s a 2004 home very close to lake probably selling it as a vacation home . Honestly I feel it’s a bad example to measure Dallas housing market . 
 

Dallas housing market has slowly gone down but not this fast . I wish it crashes this fast can’t pay ducking property taxes .
