Moving to full time job bhayya. New job vadu eppudu Gc process start chesthado confirm ga cheppatledu..

Old employer after 6 months  I-140  withdraw chestha antunnadu, which was approved a year ago.

 Can I get H1b extn on withdrawn I-140? 7 th year H1b lo unna ippudu

H4 EAD ki eligible ena?

After 180 days of approval.... old employer gadu em peekina it does not matter...

and moreover 

my mestri revoked my i140 2 years back and I applied extension last year and got approved ext for 3 years

New emp can start anytime, No set rule , you have valid i140 and are eligible for extensions.

New emp start cheyakapoyna you get extensions.

Okka appudu nadi koda same case. FT company said we will start I-140 in 6 months but 2 years varuku start cheyala.

But that does not affect us. Once your old I-140 is approved for more than 6 months then you can keep getting H1B extensions and H4EAD on that old company I-140.

Nenu gettiga FT company lo godava pedite ade chepparu. Nee India Priority Date elagu deggara ledu and you have old I-140 so why hurry ani saale gaalu slow ga chesaru.
