Condos and land kalipi entha avtundhi? Whom to approach if we have such ideas ?

C2C lo you have to pay for your own insurance which could get expensive if you are the primary earning member of the family. 

W2 you have the option to opt for the insurance offered by your employer which might be cheaper. 

C2C benefit is that you can write off a lot of personal expenses as business expenses, for example one of my friends got a 100k car recently and he writes off 40% of the car payment per month as business expense so he is only spending 60k effectively on a 100k car.

He has a brother in law that works as a realtor, so iddaru kalisi doing it ani vinna taking some loans etc as well. 

I think mottam investment around 2.5 Million or something including all the approvals, construction, land value etc. He is putting around 1.5M since he made that amount over the last 3-4 years doing multiple jobs. 

Idi best baa, he made money when time was right now he's planning to retire from IT once this venture is done, in like 5 years or so.
