it looks like parents of OC's specially boys cant even let them stay in india till high school completion.

bad precedent is being set by BJP and congress, there is no MF talking ever about equality.

At some point bjp will join in the demand too because they also need votes 

After modi they don't have a populist leader , so they too will switch to populist promises . For example Karnataka bjp is promising hike in scst quota
