melissa enduku...try celina. some communities are in celina with prosper isd. aim for them

melissa lo dump yard…most dont prefer it.. earlier  people used to move there cozz of price… now price gone up alot.  

There is no grocery store or hospital there.

I wont recommend to buy there.

but mckinny is 10 mins away and everything available in mckinney 

costco walmart and shopping and cheap

smell during summers and when its rainy. 

its not good for people with asthma. 

if you don't care about those, resale value will not be so great. 

Problem is putting above 500k in melissa and driving 10 min for everything .. overall very expensive for that area.
