same employer .  location perm filed : NYC 

new location jersey city

same role same company just NYC nunchi jersey city ki office location changing

Make sure NYC lo company untadi kada a address lo ??? if yes as this for future position you should be ok 

but NYC office estestunaru and jersey city aithe both have to be in same MSA so check all scnearios anna

NYC lo office pakka vntadi just IT  staff ni Jersey ki moving ..
