Location looks ok. is it south facing ? or any other reason..

700k petti ela kontaru babu in Green meadows community... Celina ISD..high tax neighborhood 2.8 % ... not a great community also

Lights farms lo ne vasthadhi ga a money ki.... only good thing is it is over 4k sq.ft 

it is south facing and at T junction , people usually avoid those for less resale value

may be out of state people bought it... Dallas native avuthe  they will think twice.

High school gets more weightage. Akkadeee sports, drugs and college preparation start ayyedhii. Above 8.5 is good. 7 to 8.5 is average. Under 7 is considered below average/bad for desi standards.

Very good schools.. good place to raise family. 10 miles to plano...10-12 miles to allen.....15-20 miles to rockwall.
