Need Feedback on plots near Maheshwaram

Anyone know have any feedback about Golden Orchid near Maheshwaram, Telangana.
This is from Shubha Avani developers.

Maheswaram 3-4 years chala hype icharu 

then nothing happened 

GO xxxx cancel cheste maheswaram ki bokka 

KCR cancelled it but court stopped…. Surely KCR will try to cancel it again cancelling the GO will allow real estate in the lands around gandipet so Maheswaram will be far from developing 

anyway share the Google maps location

Even if the court, green, red, brown tribunals accepts TG govt cancellation proposal, real estate meeda 0 ante zeroooo impact. . . but next 10 CMs try chesina 111 go ethadam kastam. Govt oka committte eyyadam, cancellation G.Os ivvadam, danni court object cheyadam, next 5-10 years tharuvatha malla govt inko kotha committe, kotha cancellation G.O. . then court cancellation, its going to be a @niranthrapakriya. . .
