problem is with first time home buyers.. without knowing Home costs edo vadu konnadu veedu konnadu ani affordability chudakunda kontunnaru.. 

 

how can someone afford to pay 60% of the take home pay as mortgage payment

Atleast he bought 2021 for 750k ..for definitely under 3% interest rate konchem family budget adjustment or 0% apr lo tho  konchem set cheyyochu ippudu ade house payment kadama anna bank vodu get out antadu mortgage fallout I mean..750k house with 7% interest  super hard unless u paying 300 to 400k house downpayment these days desis doing by bringing money from India or selling condos or small house if they have it already..
