Disagree.... Vizag is a financial hub. Any other city can be the capital.

Capital and Financial neednt be the same.

Vizag eppati nuncho an industrial hub. Steel plant, hpcl, port etc etc

Simple he decided no matter what Supreme Court says, I ll feel vizag as capital move to vizag and let amaravati rot even if it is or becomes capital. That could be his state of mind right now
