This kind of violent and cruel economic domination based on caste is something that never or rarely happens in KG or godavari. But was common in TG and is still common in RS.

THats exactly why they hated the kostha politicians ruling over their land  in TG/RS and giving a leg up to BCs and SC/STs there.

In KG areas kapus who never really had political power on par with kams or reds show equal muscle and voice.

Anyone in rest of India can get a IT job in Hyderabad , native people have zero advantages 

Your argument might be somewhat right if there was lot of public investment in education but how many public universities did tdp establish in Andhra ? 

Several mega cities had more IT growth than Hyderabad during Chambas rule , Hyderabad was actually the second lowest after Kolkata 

Anyway chamba ruled rayalaseema for 14 years , so if it's in a bad state then he gets majority of the blame

There is something called first mover advantage. THat is what gave Telugu youth so much advantage. On top of it educational infrsftructure which was set up around hi-tech city by market itself. no need of public investment.
