nenu ayitee evening chapati loo steamed vegetables too dinner tintaanu and no oily foods in evening ...

afternoon its normal lunch...

mari health conscious too takkuva tintee we might be losing imp vitamins and proteins and this will lead to another problem..

Lite vaa, daily 20 hours intermittent fasting cheyandi 4 hours lo em tinalo tinandi including pizza or biriyani.

Our bodies are not meant for sedentary lifestyle.

Our ancestors lived as "hunter gatherers' for millions of years. Maintain calorie deficit and be physically active. End of discussion.

Anduke anna do intermittent fasting, tine time lo eat mostly fat and protein and less carbs, carbs tinna avi grains kanna veggies form lo tinte betteru. 20 hours fasting is proven to be very beneficial, workout in a fasted state too so you are mimicking your ancestors who would hunt when they are hungry.

Agreed. Snacks thinadammm is biggest bad habit in our culture.

you can eat snacks but eat them without salt. Like almonds or pumkin seeds or sunflower seeds but unsalted.
