If it is family go with 3 bedroom rent ayithay 2 bedroom will give more money .. local builders or top builders  area or outskirts anni important ye .. top builders will rip you off but they will allow you to pay in installments like 5 percnet in 3 months so you will have time .. local builders upfront total amount antunaru so uou need to think about it

Lion Lokesh will become CM in 2024..so mostly hyd real estate will go downhill

Hyderabad Outlook is pretty positive 

but area is important go for West Hyderabad in and around Kokapet. Other areas, the development and demand is not as good..
