Nice thread. Mohan babu is talented. Probably one of the greatest. But he has issues.

 

This thread reminds me of my old manager. His exact words in a yearly meeting. 

Everything we do in the world is for own sake, no matter what we say.

Hence, regardless of your skill quotient, please ensure I receive no complaints o your behavioral issues. 

Bad behavior temporarily works here. Only for irreplaceable people.

I would like to emphasize the "temporary" aspect here. 

But even then how many us are irreplaceable in this company? I would say none.
