He's closest friend of Sobhan babu. MM ki Real estate lo invest cheyyi and guidance ichinde SB first. its because of him he got into real estate

Many in telugu states don't know much abt Sobhan babu because he did not settle in Hyd..... He's the one of the biggest landlords in Chennai and owns massive land tracts in and around Chennai and Tamil Nadu.

Together as a family they were very strong...close knit family..8 cousins all together who collectively sued to manage their family holdings along with A V Subba Reddy and S V Mohan Reddy.

Tirupati la Jagath Vikyath ani theatres, one cousin used to manage but Akhila Priya finger pettindi  over all ag avi poinayi...same with properties in Allagadda...hotel, function hall etc...A V Sbba Reddy was the benami and vaditho settlement kaka godava padindi motham poinayi...Another cousin, Bhuma Brahmananda Reddy who won as an MLA, vaditho kuda godava petukundi...he got married to another political family and he is now well set...vadu kuda akhila Priya ni left leg tho kicked...

Matured ga only Mounika vunde...she is a tough lady and composed individual...andarilo burra panichesindi eeme ke...other buffons should be thank ful to her. antho intho migilinayi and she was instrumental in repairing relations with SV Family..

Political weddings...edo oka understanding lekunda vellu pellillu chesukuntara ?

Apparently, a dairy farm, stake in a lime stone quarry and land Clearence for a huge site near hitech city....almost 300 acre society Gurukul and Ayyappa...Nagi Reddy was dealing to get the files cleared for this area. YSR inkoka few months bratiki vunte clear avutunde.....that site is still controversial even today and awaiting permissions.

+1 Kokapet lo 1000 yrds will be more expensive than the entire 5 acres of this house. Kokapet gated communities lo SqYrd is around 3 lakhs 1000 yrds will be around 30 cr.. ee 111 Go Shamshabad land max 3 to 4 cr undochu per acre..

What do you mean not sure ? Their family is faction family and they were elected few times . They do lots of settlements , kabjas, contracting and many other illegal stuff .
