H1 Lottery, moving from UK -Advice Pls.

Hi, 

I'm permanent resident of UK and want to move to US for few years for a change.

From friend's contact from US, they are asking for 25K Rupees to apply for 4 companies before march 17th. They have just asked for my passport and CV.

Please advise any precautions that I need to take before proceeding any further as I have no idea of the process.

I don't have time to apply for the passport now, I can do that from US as well later.

Lets do math here

Approx 800 rupees per registration.

800*4= 3200 rupees

25,000-3200= 21,800 rupees. 

 

If its fraud, you will lose around $300 dollars

If one of your application is picked, those people are still screwing you for around $260

In conclusion, if you dont mind that risk. Go ahead and apply.

you need to stay for atleast 5 years on work Visa (Tier 2 General) easy to get one but expensive.

or 5 years on Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa very expensive and tough to get visa.

or 10 years stay in UK in total on any visa.

That's not correct, after master's you need to stay on work visa for 5 years. so that's 2+5 years.

Thanks for your insight, any other precaution that I should be aware of regarding the companies. Few suggested to go with 6 different companies. Will that cause any issue later?

nenu 2006 - 2018 varaku UK loo vunnanu...  appatloo HSMP visa vundeedi...

initially work permit visa meeda vellanu and later applied for HSMP general Tier1 visa so i can work for any company...

and applied for PR after completing 5yrs and got it straight forward...  kids BC since they are born there after we got PR

GET YOUR BRITISH PASSPORT and then move to US. Leka pote UK PR koda potundi and ikkada Green Card elagu radu. From next year lottery is $250/entry so ppl are thinking takkuva mandi lottery lo entry vestaru ani.

25k is ok but make sure all are non related companies bro some guys put company a as company b client and company b as company a client
