Wrong, China has nothing before it was chosen to be manufacturing hub for the west.- when communist china could embrace capitalistic west, its easy for us to embrace being R&D capital of the west, too much regulation is the biiggest bottleneck for india, people still have socialistic mindset of govt support and govt intervention making it less investor friendly, this is changing real fast
