Is Rahul Gandhi funded by China??

Heard his complete speech at Cambridge. Most of it is banter that didn't mean much, stuff like how democracy is dying in India, his Jodo Yatra where he became a baba pretty much, he could tell people's problems by looking at them. Random people came to him and told him they were raped, but didn't want him to do anything. Most of it was meaningless banter. 

But what I found the most interesting is that he spent a good 20-30 minutes defending Chinese policies, the BRI, pearls around India and why China doesn't believe in IP rights. They don't care about who invented something to incentivize them.  The one that needs to get an incentive is who runs the fastest to the goal. It almost feels like he gave the speech to defend China and Chinese policies. Is he funded by China???

He is truly a baba, apparently he knows what people's problems are just by looking at them and touching them. Also people are coming to him to tell their problems, and expect him to do nothing about it.
