yeah that true bhayya..i totally agree with you. But i have my bro who can visit the site frequently for me . But we have to take certain measures to curb these kabza activities. At least build a compound wall ..this should be the bare minimum thing. Before buying you have to do lot of due diligence..

Dull emi ledu, Edo oka few areas pakana pedithe going forward it won’t be so easy to sell lands. Doesn’t mean you will not be able to sell it forever but sometimes it may take few months to years to sell the land and if you are in need of urgent money then it will become distress sale.
