Senate majority eppudu undeee??? He only had house majority until recent elections. Inkoti senate lo simple majority kadhuuu. Minimum 51 kavaliii to pass a regulation

Tax cuts are budget things which can be passed through simple majority in senate. That's how Trump tax cuts were passed.
