all the people who are nearing 40's, they expect to retire by 50 but the things  is that going forward we will never have something called as retirement...the best thing is semi retire. we have to keep working all through the life to keep running. or think beyond job and make money else where..

Can totally relate to ur mgr situation. Very tough to answer q’s from reportees. Mgr’s are also impacted with this.  Market koncham recover kaganey attritions tho sachipovali inka
