f you are not sure what the D-disease is then here it is. It refers to the strange obsession the veteran movie maker Dasari Narayana Rao has got, the hunger for publicity, appreciation and attention. The film folks are calling it the D-disease and now it appears that his protégé has developed the same. We are talking about megastar Chiranjeevi and lately, it is being observed that whenever Chiru is speaking to the media or as a chief guest at public events, his statements are conveying a lot of ‘I’ feeling. One can recall the humility the megastar showed while he was the emperor of the Tollywood throne so whether it is age catching up or insecurity feeling, Chiru seems to be affected by the D-disease.
