bhayya , cousin first time US vastundadu . even though his job is remote  , he need to stay in DFW are due to employer location . pay is little less and want to take 1bhk apartment in DFW area. no school requirement . he will buy a car as soon as he comes here.

I heard about few areas like frisco , plano , mckinney , little elm . but dont have much idea about renting in these places . 

Please suggest which location will have budget friendly apartments. because few areas will be costly because of schools . or suggest any good apartments if you know. his budget is 1000-1200 for 1bhk.

Fort worth will feel remote for new comers but cheap in rentwise. 

Prefer Irving 5miles radius lo anni untai and lot of desis. Single bed will be 1200 - 1500 untundi rent

Irving or plano or mckinney best bets. .but most importantly ask him to look for roachfree apartments or else life would become hell..just fyi..

Irving, Plano, Frisco same Desi crowdwise and rentwise. Old apartments will be in 1000 - 1200 range. New apartments are def 1200 - 1500 range.

Lewisville, TX is also one good option and bit less in rental cost with decent desi crowd.

Irving is best for first timers and bachelors...... 5 miles to DFW no need to ask anyone for help to drop off.... just take uber for less than $25, Near to Downtown and near to many curry points and Indian restaurants. 

Irving was the first hub of Indian grads and bachelors in Dallas in 2000's..... ippudu andariki families vachi migrated to Plano, Frisco and Prosper.

intresting, currently living in the same community from the past 3 years , its expensive

Ask him to leave the wife in India for a few months. 
let him share a room with some desis. 
he can bring his wife once he gets an idea on the location and culture.
