I would say in some catogories we will excel beyond expectations and widely used things change at very slow pace.

Why bro??? unlike biological life, where Human brain and body has its own limitations..... AI technology is all about exponential growth. They also don't need air, water, atmosphere, food, etc.

They can live in Space, travel across galaxies and explore and meet other new civilizations (Artificial or biological) for billions and billions of years as long as there is some form of enegy somewhere in the universe. 

Human Intelligence level ki AI ni develop cheste chaalu..... It will become a Space exploration intelligence in very short time. This is the only legacy or historic trace we can leave for any future civilizations in other planets or galaxies. So far out of billions or trillions of galaxies we have not found single one. I believe we're not alone in this universe.
