H1 extension undi adi company file chestundi kani company attory asked me to pay 5k for leagal and file fee for h4 and h4 ead. 

So manam self ga apply cheyvacha after h1 approved? 

FT guys- do compay cover filing h4 and h4 ead along with your h1?

h4 no idea.

but h4ead easy to file

some companies wont cover, so you have to pay. But you can apply for H4 EAD by yourself.

some companies doesn't cover and mine is one of that... i just apply H4 and H4 EAD myself which is easy peezy...just make sure tell your attorney to attach these documents to H1 documents while filing to USCIS

Both are super easy, so do it yourself -  <1000$ for both.

filling fee is 475+410 = ~1000 

save 4k by filling yourself.

yes...so that if your H1 is in premium then they will process your H4 also faster based on recent experiences

Tha ks bro. Yea premium chesta. But attorny gadu em antado adagali first. He loss his fee ani cheyanu antadu emo

I did my H1B, H4 CoS and H4 EAD in Premium. All the three approved in 4 days.

5K na? too much man...H1 fee kuda include chesthunnada enti? I;m sure he will not accept to include H4 and H4EAD application which you filled. If that is the case, then ask them to file H1 in premium...2 weeks lo approval vachesthundi and using that approved notice, file H4 and EAD....it may take time since this will come under regular processing.

or else, can your wife travel to India and get H4 visa stamp using your approved H1? that might be cheaper than 5K
