Why worry on H1B?

100 % no worries with 140 approved if you stayed 6 months no issues at all you can come back its not like burning bridges at least this administration stampings are easy, h1 renewals are not that scrutinized,

, but you own house, once kids become toddlers they go to school its not easy to be flexible you cannot pack suit cases and leave

Also no one is concerned on billing or money its the uncertain future, market abrupt reactions and those news you cannot escape in this social media world its easy to say do your best leave it its not in your hands but handling mind is not that easy (once lay off ane thought mind lo vasthe in bad market uchha padthadi_

But agreed nothiing to worry India pays are high now , more and more tech oppurtunities in hyd and banglore

Depends on what sector are you in and what level of skill your job requires. 

Yes India has good mid tier to low hi tier skilled jobs that pay well.

 

One thing for sure the quality of jobs and level of talent, exposure is for sure unmatched compared to here.

Respectfully disagree bro , for services sector the scale security, fraud handling for some of the companies India is handling for example flipcart , oyos, Olas  , swiggyits way way over than you can compare it with Amazon, airbnb, uber US, Doordash  just for example they way young turfs are writing code ,,  the payment ecosystem of INdia upi under umbrella of phone pe,paytm, razorpay, the volume of transactions , usecases are way way high than leads of stripe paypal , with cloud and open market they are way ahead 

The core product offcourse US is no match but very veru few of us work unless very talented  on core product for example Apple device, Nvidia graphic , or core Google search algos most of us are in some service style company

No offence, but you did not see the real teams in here. Yes for service jobs it doesn't matter.

If it comes to science part of the engineering India is no where.

May be not real teams but the use cases I mentioned are relevant e kada anna , may be never worked on core google search,  but worked in teams where the core platform produces the output to popular digital payment tech for Apple Google Samsung pay anna 🙏

Manaki India ok. But once kids are in 5-6 grades here, they cannot survive in india schools with telugu/Hindi subjects. 
Hyd lo uppudu uppudu Intl schools with ikkada syllabus vachayi but they are very hard to pay with Indian regular salaries.
