Maa company lo nene interview chesedhi.resume lo GC or no sponsor ante dhanike vote vesthnnaru whatever that resume is. Company immigration team aware of the situation. 2 jobs chesthunanru many on GC ani kuda thelusu but taking GC or Citizens with remote options. Now my comapny priority is like citizen GC evaru dorakkunte appudu H1 then OPT guys. HR team already told to vendors max W2. Last week lo 2 W2 lu close chesam with citizens of course they ares desi. 

Note : Nneu evarini badha pettaledhu just saying facts based on my experience. As I said manam lekunte aa team ledu ante clients go for them otherwise they are taking W2.

Another thing pay rate. Vendors cash chesukovataniki trying. I got calls from past vendor saying story like you know market and layoff nadusthundi eppudu job dhorakadam adhi naa call ravatam nee lucky la behaving.
