One policy he bought which had deep impact is arogyasri (not sure how many scams happened and hospitals milked) but that's the fiest time I saw real impact , maa intlo one maid vala husband had some kidney issue , coloney lo some uncle chpetu unte fake anukuna direct ga hospital lo admit chepinchi mottam surgery and In patient costs waived off , for their situation in normal time pakka life egeredi family would have been ruined they still believe YSr is God ( they literally think he gave from pocket)

Arogyasri was good sceme but lot of white color corruption. Private hospitals ki legal ga dochipettey scheme adhi. I agree lot of poor people got benefited from it.. but same money could have been used to build govt hospitals infra which would have been more beneficial
