He was just the face of TDP Govt to save them from One-Community embarrassment. Also Narayana Institutions stakes are controlled by CBN & TDP henchmen. He might be a Cop but his institutions are controlled by Comms.

Yes after investing thousands of crores, you can surely build a bridge, a road here and there, and call it Development by Yellow Media.And propagate that CBN is a Visionary.

To be called a Visionary, CBN could have invested his money. But he spent Public's money to realise his fantasies.
