How many people approve these glaring searchlights in Hyderabad?

Search lights (sky spotlights) are generally used in advertising, fairs, festivals and other public events to beam lights into the sky to draw attention. But these ones are going all over the place including surrounding buildings, parking lots, streets, traffic, people... Is there an event going on over there?

Those are for the T-works launch event and not an every day affair

Wonder who gave them permission to beam lights into the traffic on the streets. Don't they look like athi? Something decent like this maybe ok for an event -
