This is in Cali but still not in Bay Area this is Sacramento metro area, busy job during the work hours but after that no on call sodhi etc. Husband kooda nurse anesthetist vaadu makes that much anta so iddaru 3 months every year travel across the world, so far 45 countries traveled together.

Anesthetist is very sensitive job anna but yes nurses get very well paid they get lot of over time tooo

But not easy to work as nurse ata like emergency,  Anesthetist etc lot of different cases vastayi that's where money is

the amount of stress they get its too much, 300K is probably to deal with the trauma from profession

Yes. They are CRNA [ Certified registered nurse anesthetists]. These are usually critical care nurses who receive extra training in anesthesia. They work under supervision of anesthesiologist.

Adi valla common salary range …they are highly paid every where

That is high stress and high risk job, aa job lo salary starts after age 30-35 as training takes years and you can’t work at late age. Also masth demanding with round the clock oncalls and travel as the whole city has few of them. Emergency surgery lo vallaku oncall torture, can’t take unplanned vacation like if family is sick etc..

My cousin is a doctor , he works 120 days and gets 300k. He says he doesn’t want to work any more than that. 
 

but they work 12 hours and also loose 1 to 2 weekends every month. 
 

When ever he picks up additional work he gets paid 2500 dollars for 12 hours and some time when there is high need he gets paid 5000 or even 7 thousand. 
 

Christmas he gets paid 5 to 7 k , when ever they want to fly business he works 3 to 4 days extra and also once in Las Vegas he worked 3 extra days to spend that money in casino. 
 

and they get 401k , pension plan , health care benefits , 403 b 

lot of family with doctors and are earning 600 to 800 and some going up to a million. And oh yeah we have one family with two doctors they make close to 1.5 million but they live so simple life

I know about that but the problem is you will be always traveling which is tough when you have family and kids.

Who stopped u working on IT, all it needs ur pref and wat u want to do with life. I did 36 countries so far and will keep traveling as ling as i can walk
