CS which was trading at $2 is actually worth $.81 cents in this merger. 

ee lekkana, UBS, which is $18.2 should be worth about 40% of it, translates to about $7.3 

 

If UBS really falls to $7.3, then CS is actually worth $.33 cents and then UBS has to fall even further. 

I am sorry, I am in an infinite loop and don't know how to come out of this loop.
