How much is % difference? Currently I don’t see  much difference in 30 year or arm..  arm is a dangerous risk running in current market with commercial mortgages.. it will also imply to regular mortgage

Exactly ARM is also higher now.. unless significant difference not worth it

5.75 undi today arm is around 5.25-5.4 with 2000 from pocket
