Depends on what your FT company does, if it’s not into IT/Tech, then there is a fair chance, your job is bit secured. Don’t worry too much on what you can’t control. If I were you I would grab the FT opportunity.

FT hands down better, Company and niku iddariki sense of belonging untadi and opportunity to learn Leadership skills.  Contracting lo same money vachina you are never ever valued same as a FT employee

just wanted to know

btw back then i used get an avg of around 100$/hr to me, but i choose FTE with benefits any given day
