Employee: Since childhood. She is my maternal uncle’s daughter. She is my cousin. My parents arranged this marriage. 

American Boss: Congratulations??? I don’t know how to respond to this. But yeah….Good luck.

He shouldn’t have given those details.. outside of southern states (north India and foreign countries), people think it is incest to marry direct cousins..
