Devineni Uma called all Pulka employees in Irrigation Department and gave away contracts worth crores...I have their surnames but do not want to give here publicly... around 1000 Crores were given away for free.. Liquor licenses...Road contracts... if. you have some links inside AP Secretariat, you can enquire. Finally, Amaravathi was proved to be a real-estate scam..
